The job goal
The business representative is responsible for the development of the brand at the Company’s product purchase/selling points through establishing a sustainable relationship with customers to achieve the goal of sales of products sold and the target of product coverage in the market.
Job responsability
- Achieve the target of sales, product coverage in the sales area is divided
- Enforcement of the sales process has been trained to develop the image and professionalism of a Business Representative when contacting, identifying and solving
- Determine the customer’s concerns
- Implement brand development in a specific channel, through the implementation of customer marketing plans, including the effective use of advertising support items
- Ensure customer list is always updated regularly, accurately, implement customer development plans and build relationships with potential customers
- Maintain the old customer relationship according to the plan
- Learn and provide feedback on the market, sales promotion, marketing activities of the Company as well as the competitors to help improve the business later
- Promoting debt, monitoring the liquidation of contracts, handling complaints and entanglements of customers
- Complete and accurate implementation of day/week/month reports and regularly report promptly to the BP Chief in the assigned area
- Performing the work assigned by the Head of BP / Board of Directors
- Report / plan periodically as prescribed (weekly/month/quarter/year)
- Report to the Board of Directors upon request

Education level:
Graduated from College or higher in Business Administration, Cosmetic Pharmacy, Foreign Trade or related industries.
