2011

Pivot toward Distribution

Recognizing the critical need for high-quality medical aesthetic products in Vietnam, Grassroots pivoted to pharmaceutical and aesthetic device distribution, building relationships with European brands.


2013

Teoxane Partnership

Signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Teoxane (Switzerland)  a milestone bringing the world’s leading HA filler brand to Vietnam.


2016

Nationwide Expansion

Nationwide expansion with a Hanoi office. Portfolio grew with Stratpharma, Beautem, and new brand partners.


2020-2023

Accelerated Growth

Despite the pandemic, Grassroots expanded with 10+ new brands  Aesthefill, Skingenuity, Croquis, TSK, Target Cool, Silimed. Surpassed 3,000 partner physicians and 100,000 training attendees.

Grassroots was founded in 2006 in Ho Chi Minh City, initially as a specialized medical events company. In 2011, the company pivoted to medical aesthetics and pharmaceutical distribution. In 2013, Grassroots signed an exclusive Teoxane distribution agreement, marking a milestone. Today, with over 10 years of distribution experience, the company distributes 9 international brands.
