We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the ideation, development, and management of our aesthetics product line. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the aesthetics industry, consumer preferences, and emerging trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and design, to bring innovative products to market that meet customer needs and contribute significantly to the growth of Grassroots.
*Product Strategy and Development:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the aesthetics industry.
• Establish plans for product promotion campaigns and be responsible for increasing product distribution activities according to company’s strategies.
• Implement the development of business plans assigned by direct/indirect Manager
• Coordinate with related departments to organise MKT activities according to plans.
• Oversee and manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Effectively communicate the product vision, goals, and requirements to all stakeholders.
• Partner closely with the marketing team to create robust go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with related departments to find, make connection and develop relationships with KOLs regarding the assigned product ranges.
• Conduct product training to equip the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to sell the products
*Competitive Analysis:
• Stay well-informed about the competitive landscape and industry developments, identifying potential threats and opportunities.
• Regularly analyze competitors’ products and strategies to inform product improvements and differentiators.
*Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of product specialists, Marketing executives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth within the team.
